There is one significant change as compared to 2010-2011: Flight C teams only participate in a one-day swiss event on Sunday March 4 2012

NOTE: Preregistration is REQUIRED for the D13 finals. See the D13 Conditions of Contest for details. You also need to make sure that Diane Vaughan certifies that you are eligible to participate in the D13 finals.
