Club Fees

We have started a new changing fee scale for our events. While some of our maps are really great and worthy of the normal club fee, we feel that other maps offer less value. Therefore you will find that the event fee changes from event to event. Following is roughly how that is done.

Small city parks and sprint events are $5. Short/beginner courses are $7. County parks on medium sized maps are $7 for all courses. Events on our best maps will be $10 for the long courses. These prices are member prices. Non-members should add $3 to the long course prices.

The main reason for club fees is to raise money for making maps. The more you pay, the more money that will be spent on mapmaking. Think of the fees as donating to better maps in the future. At the moment funds are being spent to put the club on solid organisational ground. We are building a foundation and structure that will survive even though individuals move on. A couple of thousand dollars can net us a new map and a bright future.
