Frank is a talented young rider, who had a spectacular year in 1999.  By the time State Road Championships came around, Frank had moved from a Category 5 beginner to a Category 2 elite racer. A native Madisonian, Frank comes from a hockey background.  He just graduated from Memorial High School and is enrolled at UW-Madison for fall. In addition to being a dedicated bike racer, Frank enjoys wrenching on cars.
