My eyes, Defeating the purpose Of my existence, And our disease is simple, But you try to live, With it, Without it, I struggle, Addiction summons me, To God I tip my hat In eternal gestures of good will Until it's to late, So pray what you will, This and a little bit of That, But know who you are, Him and her, They know me, I know them, It's a long walk home, I'm tired and It's getting late. |
