In this world of colours
Emotion will fall
Like century-old marmalade
From bedspreads
And the unfocused sky.
It will veil time in,
Loopholes and confusion,
And detach the psyche,
From monotone chains,
Of sequential reality.
In parabolic momentum,
Like an algebraic equation,
It will float on light,
And dig at humanity,
To the core.
