Home: Poetry: Emily Cox: See you in China

You tell me lies
To protest me
To hurt me
To spare me
To tare me apart
It's not helping your cause
Your just digging a hole
Hurt me all you want
I'll bounce back
I'll fight the tears
I'll control the rage
You won't get me
As your hole get deeper
Don't try to scare me with phony notions
Don't try to frighten me with fake potions
I won't be overturned
Deeper and deeper you dig
See you in China
