Bombay Sapphire Gin, really chilled
Splash of cranberry juice
Twist of Lemon

This one originated Minneapolis, Minnesota while I was working at the Uptown Old Chicago restaurant. After I introduced this martini cocktail to my friends, it was only a short time until everyone was drinking them. The term "Bitsy" is a term of affection that we use amongst certain circles of friends, referring to "bitch".

Sapphire Martini Straight up with Olives This one is my fav-very much resembling gasoline!

Bombay Sapphire Gin, really chilled Wave bottle of vermouth over top of glass 6 olives (I love olives)

Cosmopolitan Martini There are all kinds of cosmo martinis, however, all previous versions SUCK! This one is da bomb!

The "Cosmo"
Rinse a chilled martini glass with Cointreau
Chill equal parts Bombay Sapphire Gin and Compari
Pour into martini glass
Garnish with lemon twist
