HorseCapades will gladly issue refunds or exchanges of the purchase price only on items where you can return an item in new condition for reasons such as: wrong color, fit or style. We will issue refunds less shipping costs due to breakage that occurs during shipping where insurance was paid . At no time will HorseCapades be responsible for refunding shipping costs. All returns are subject to a 10 % RESTOCKING FEE. The 10% restocking fee will be waived if you apply the refund to a new purchase or keep the refund on hold as a merchandise credit to be used at a later date. All refund credits must be used within 180 days of issue or they will be considered void. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee rule.
